simplicity

I was looking around the house tonight thinking I really need to do some more de-junking. Geez, we sure seem to accumulate 'stuff'.

This photo is evidence that back in college days I seemed to do pretty well with just my books, clock radio, and skis. (And maybe a few posters -- although what was I thinking with the A Star is Born one?!)

And are those THE skiis????

Yes, those are my original rossignol skis -- the ones I still use (although of course I had to replace the bindings)!

I had a very similar quilt.
You were a mighty tidy college student...
less can definitely be more.

Wait! I left a comment here earlier. Did blogger eat it? I know it's not the one you deleted, 'cause that was last night.

Anyway, the best part of the comment that I can remember (I am older now and subject to blackouts) was your college super hero name: "Mighty Tidy". She swoops in faster than the speed of electrolux and cleans your closets in half a second!!

Please Oh Mighty Blogger...do not eat this comment. I offer dangling participles as a sacrifice!!

PG, Nope didn't get your other comment... Blogger must have chomped it.

Anywhooo, my room wasn't always that tidy! :)
(However, the less you have, the easier it is to keep things tidy. Which explains my house right now.)
