REE REE REE ... We're baaaaaaack! Although can we call it the Empty Nest Hiking Club if Offspring #2 joined us?! In any event, here's the kick off hike for the fall.
beautifully done dahling! two things... #1 did you eat any of the mulberries? yum! and #2 harvey's cousin... so nice that you included him in the film! the reptilian union will be proud....
I wish it was the Empty Nest Hiking Club +2!! Also, Tumnus says that he would have enjoyed that "mystery rodent." Kinda like "mystery meat," I'm guessing.
we live in a major snake area...but thus far I haven't seen a single one...nonetheless they are sneaky little critters and can show up without notice....

That was a fun little hike - except for the snake!
Was that a banana slug I saw?
Looks like fun except for the snake and the slug.
hot cup: I thought of you when I saw harvey's cousin!!! (didn't eat any berries though)
offspring #1, I bet Tumnus would have loved the mystery rodent ;)
(I wish it had been Empty Nest +2 also!)
counselor, yes that was a HUGE slug!
looks like david and ruth aren't into snakes... :)
Gee Creek? Gee Creek? Where is Gee Creek?? (I hope I'm not humiliated when you tell me it's less than 5 miles out of town)

Fun post. While you're moving again, I "returned" to blogosphere with a post today.
