Hubby and I are in Bellingham this weekend visiting Offsprings #1&2. Hanging out with Offspring #2 this morning. Last night we saw Offspring #1 in Shakespeare's Macbeth. She was the Third Witch -- and darn spooky/scary I might add. The play was done in an outdoor courtyard, and the setting was "a post apocalyptic Scotland". It was an ambitious undertaking and the cast and crew did a great job. I wish I knew my Macbeth better -- I should have read the "No Fear Shakespeare" version before attending it. Oh well!
I was sneaky and took a (non-flash) picture of Offspring #1:
I could explain why she is positioned there, but gotta dash to brunch now...

This is what I do for my degree.
I hope you're having fun.
that daughter is one theater addicted diva no?
Not up on my Macbeth either.
Nice makeup!
hide and seek?
rhc -- it was fun (we're home now)
hot cup -- yep, theatre is her passion! and it's cool because it's such a totally different major than my college major (which was biology)
presbygal -- it was spooky makeup!
diane -- hmm... sort of! :)
considering how flat out gorgeous offspring #1 is, that's a pretty hefty application of crouching-under-a-table-makeup!!
another turn-around road trip ... surprised you didn't take advantage of the long weekend and stay over for a hike
It's nice to imagine being in Bellingham. Sounds nice.
rev ss, well, it wasn't TOTALLY turn-around... we went up Friday morning and came home Sunday evening. We did actually get in a mini-hike near Whatcom Falls. :)
