you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone

It's just as I predicted. Marble, despite his cranky attitude towards Mr. Tumnus when he was a houseguest, now appears to miss the 'Tuminator'. I found Marble all curled up in Mr. Tumnus' bed, and I'm pretty sure he was dreaming of the 'good times' of being relentlessly pestered by Tumnus.

Then again, he might just be saving up his energy for the next visit of Mr. Tumnus. (Avoidance behaviors are energy intensive...)

Hahahahaha!! That cracks me up!! Tumnus definitely misses Marble, and he is currently taking it out on my new printer...

*tee hee* then again, he may be claiming the bed as his own! (does he have one of his own???)

Offspring #1... Not another printer!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Hmm... good point, Rev SS. (He has had beds in the past but always turned up his nose at them.)

He probably sprayed it so he feels safe sleeping in it. :)

Just love your sense of humor...and photography skills. I am looking forward to getting another cat...maybe in the spring.

Hahaha! Hadn't thought of that, David. That is a distinct possibility knowing Marble! :/

Thanks, Purple. :)

I too wondered if Marble had marked that bed as his own....but then again, maybe he does miss Mr. T.....

Well, if he were a dog, I'd think he was trying to establish dominance. I don't know if that holds for cat psychology.

Cat rules are very simple. Much like toddler rules:

If I touch it, it's mine.

Everything else....is mine too.

I think Marble's sensitive little nose detects Essence of Tumnus.

And your new roof, new familyroom carpet and relocated mini-blinds look marvy.

pg....that rule holds true for politicians, too.

Isn't that the truth? My old dogs miss all those puppies from Christmas--they vaguely remember how to play. Great picture with that caption!
